Position Overview
FedEx is hiring Training Coordinators to manage employee learning programs at facility and district levels. You will schedule and deliver new hire orientation, safety certification courses, equipment operator training, and professional development workshops while tracking completion compliance in the learning management system. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and deliver new hire orientation programs covering company policies, safety protocols, and job-specific procedures.
- Facilitate equipment operator certification training including forklift, pallet jack, and powered ground support equipment.
- Coordinate annual safety recertification courses ensuring all employees maintain current training compliance status.
