Key Responsibilities
- Pick ordered items from warehouse shelving and racking locations using RF scanner or voice-directed picking systems.
- Verify item accuracy by scanning product barcodes against order requirements before placing items in pick totes.
- Pack picked items into shipping cartons selecting correct box sizes and void fill to prevent transit damage.
- Apply shipping labels, packing slips, and any client-required marketing inserts to completed orders.
- Maintain pick accuracy rates above 99.5% while meeting hourly units-per-hour throughput targets.
