Position Overview

FedEx is hiring Training Coordinators to manage employee learning programs at facility and district levels. You will schedule and deliver new hire orientation, safety certification courses, equipment operator training, and professional development workshops while tracking completion compliance in the learning management system. This is a weekday professional position within the FedEx HR and operations support organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and deliver new hire orientation programs covering company policies, safety protocols, and job-specific procedures.
• Facilitate equipment operator certification training including forklift, pallet jack, and powered ground support equipment.
• Coordinate annual safety recertification courses ensuring all employees maintain current training compliance status.
• Track individual and facility training completion metrics in the LMS, generating compliance reports for management review.
• Develop supplemental training materials including quick-reference guides, visual aids, and hands-on skill assessments.

Qualifications & Benefits

Bachelor's degree in training and development, education, HR, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years corporate training, facilitation, or instructional design experience. Strong presentation skills and comfort leading classroom and hands-on training sessions for diverse adult learners. LMS administration experience required.
