Position Overview

FedEx Office is hiring Team Members to provide full-service customer support at retail store locations. You will assist customers with printing orders, shipping transactions, packing services, mailbox rentals, and notary requests throughout your shift. This is a customer-facing retail role with cross-training across all FedEx Office service areas and clear advancement into specialist and management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers, assess their needs, and guide them to the appropriate service — printing, shipping, packing, or self-service stations.
• Process FedEx shipping transactions including rate quotes, label generation, package weighing, and drop-off acceptance.
• Operate self-service and full-service copiers, printers, and finishing equipment for customer print orders.
• Pack customer items for shipment using FedEx-approved materials, ensuring fragile and high-value goods are protected.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock retail supplies, and manage end-of-day cash register reconciliation.
