Position Overview
FedEx Supply Chain is hiring Quality Auditors to perform order accuracy verification and process compliance checks at distribution center facilities. You will audit random and targeted order samples at key workflow checkpoints, document defects and non-conformances, and report quality metrics to operations leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Audit random and targeted order samples at picking, packing, and shipping checkpoints verifying item accuracy and quantity.

- Document all identified defects, non-conformances, and process deviations in the quality management system with root cause codes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports tracking defect rates, trends, and corrective action effectiveness.
