- Conduct pre-sort briefings communicating volume forecasts, operational priorities, and safety focus topics to the team.
- Resolve conveyor malfunctions, sort exceptions, and staffing gaps in real time to maintain uninterrupted sort flow.
- Complete post-sort reporting including volume reconciliation, labor utilization, and incident documentation for management review.
