About FedEx Express Station Administration

Operations Coordinators are the administrative nerve center of a FedEx Express station — managing the daily data flow that keeps couriers on schedule, managers informed, and compliance records current. From processing new hire paperwork and managing timekeeping systems to generating service performance reports and coordinating DOT compliance documentation, coordinators handle the critical behind-the-scenes work that allows the operational team to focus entirely on moving packages.

Position Overview

FedEx Express is hiring Operations Coordinators to provide administrative and operational support at local station facilities. You will manage employee scheduling, timekeeping reconciliation, compliance record maintenance, and daily reporting for station leadership. This is a weekday office position inside the FedEx Express station offering consistent daytime hours and full corporate benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage courier and handler scheduling systems, processing shift bids, vacation requests, and overtime assignments.
• Reconcile daily timecards for accuracy, flagging exceptions and coordinating corrections with supervisors before payroll deadlines.
• Process new hire onboarding including I-9 verification, badge requests, uniform orders, and benefits enrollment paperwork.
• Generate daily operational reports including service scores, volume counts, vehicle status, and staffing summaries for station management.
• Maintain DOT driver qualification files, drug testing records, and annual physical examination schedules for all commercial drivers.

Qualifications & Benefits

Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year administrative or office coordination experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data management systems required. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential employee information.
