Position Overview

FedEx Supply Chain is hiring Picker Packers to fulfill customer orders at high-volume distribution center facilities. You will use RF scanning devices and voice-pick technology to locate and pull ordered items from warehouse inventory, then pack and label shipments to client-specific quality standards. This is an entry-level fulfillment position with paid training and advancement into lead and inventory control roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick ordered items from warehouse shelving and racking locations using RF scanner or voice-directed picking systems.
• Verify item accuracy by scanning product barcodes against order requirements before placing items in pick totes.
• Pack picked items into shipping cartons selecting correct box sizes and void fill to prevent transit damage.
• Apply shipping labels, packing slips, and any client-required marketing inserts to completed orders.
• Maintain pick accuracy rates above 99.5% while meeting hourly units-per-hour throughput targets.

Qualifications & Benefits
